Terms of service

01 general terms

▸You agree to my TOS by commissioning me.▸I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

02 payment

▸Currency accepted is USD and can be paid only through PayPal.▸Payment must be paid in full before I start working on your commission.▸Don't send any payment before I have agreed to accept the commission through email from [email protected]▸No refunds after I started working.

03 process & delivery

▸Please provide me with clear character references: no written descriptions, no real people.▸I will send you a WIP of the sketch, no revisions to pose, accessories and details after you approved the sketch.▸Commission time may vary depending on complexity. (usually 1 - 2 weeks)▸Once finished, you will receive the full-resolution image via E-mail.

04 copyright & usage

▸I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.▸I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork.▸I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online (Unless discussed otherwise)▸You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with credit to me, @dull_gray80.▸Personal commission: You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece of any kind (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, reposting as promotion, etc.)▸Personal commission are for private person/ groups of persons only▸I do not allow my art to be used to train AI

05 Refunds

▸No refunds after I started working on your commission▸If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.▸If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
